Facility for demercurization of mercury containing lamps of the series УДМ-3000 (modular type)

The facility is used for mercury extraction from fluorescent lamps and mercury-vapour lamp burners. The operating conditions are defines by the "Sanitary regulations on mercury and mercury compounds usage, and mercury filled equipment operation" № 4607-88 dated April 4, 1988. Designation – modular-type demercurization facility УДМ-3000 (3000 stands for fluorescent lamps processing performance – 3000 lamps per 24 hours).

Vibro-forming machine for glass concrete blocks

The machine is used for production of wall glass concrete blocks. The block sizes are 380х190х190 (demercurized glass scrap is used as extender) according to ТУ 574-012-23298136-96

Transportation container for УДМ-3000

The container is used for transportation and storage of out-of-order mercury containing lamps and mercury waste. The container is leakproof. It is placed on УДМ-3000 module and sealed to it. It opens inward the module.

Pumping chamber for УДМ-3000

It is used for removing of mercury vapors from ТК-1600 container after it is taken off the УДМ-3000 facility.

Separator for separating of fluorescent lamps caps from glass scrap

It is used for separating of fluorescent lamps caps from glass scrap.

Basic technical data:

1. Glass scrap processing capacity: 60 kg per hour;

2. Glass sizes after separation: 1~2 mm;

3. May be packaged with independent drive;

4. Placed on УДМ-3000, УДЛ-100, УДЛ-150 facilities

Clothes demercurization cabinet unit

It is used for cleaning of working clothes from mercury after each shift. It is equipped with a heating system and pipe connectors used for connection to air feed pipe connected to the Filter Fan Unit.

Container for storaging and transportation of mercury lamps
